Welcome to ClientBase Help.
It does not matter if you are a new ClientBase user or one that has been around for years and just needs a refresher; we can help.
My name is John Frenaye and I am a TRAMS Certified Consultant (TCC). Of course there were courses to take and exams to pass to achieve the designation, however, I feel there is no substitute for hands on experience.
I have been in the travel industry since 1996 and have been a customer of TRAMS from day one. When I purchased my first agency in 1996, we migrated from ADS (a Sabre product) to Trams Back Office. In 1997, we added Client Base (by Third Party Solutions) and never looked back. I have seen the financial benefit of ClientBase in terms of increased profit and time!
With that said, ClientBase is not a simple product. It is designed for the travel agency market from the ground up and it is capable of handling the single user just as efficiently as the multi-branch, multi-user agencies. It took my team of 15 professionals a good two years to become what I would consider proficient.
I certainly don’t have ALL the answers, but I do have a lot of them and I hope to share them with you on this site. If you are stumped, check us out, the answer may be here.
